Worldwide Partners Agencies Sweep Top Awards Globally

In the US; partner agencies, Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, Preston Kelly, and WONGDOODY recently won the prestigious Gold Trophy at the 2009 EFFIE awards. Butler Shine won for their work with Mini; Preston Kelly for Health Partners, and WONGDOODY won for Alaska/Horizon Air; Partner agency Kirshenbaum Bond/Dotglu took home a Silver award for their interactive work with BMW.
Out of the 24 Gold EFFIEs awarded this year, independent agencies landed seven gold trophies, with three of those seven won by Worldwide Partners agencies!
At the 2009 National Addy’s, Worldwide Partners again made a strong showing with 5 gold and 5 silver wins. National Gold Winners are: Brokaw (2 awards), Rick Johnson and Company, The Tombras Group and Trumpet. Carton Donofrio and Partners took home 3 Silver awards, and DGWB and The Tombras Group also scored a Silver Award. See winning work.
Partner agency Nerland Worldwide Partners was honored with 2009 Silver Anvil Award of Excellence by the Public Relations Society of America while Gyro HSR dominated the Pro-Comm awards from The Business Marketing Association with 13 wins.
Partner agency Rhea & Kaiser earned “Best of Show” honors from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers “Measures of Success” marketing awards program for their campaign for “Sanvik Mining and Construction.
In China; Chinese partner of Worldwide Partners, Inc. (WPI), WE Marketing, has been named ‘China Independent Agency of the Year’ by R3 and China Advertising Magazine. WE Marketing is one of an incredible 100,000 advertising agencies in China.
China Advertising Magazine was the inaugural publication for the Chinese advertising industry, having been established in 1981. It is still widely regarded as one of the most influential and esteemed trade magazines in the country. R3 is a search consulting company that covers Asia Pacific, with headquarters in Singapore.
In Brazil, The Group’s creative director, Lygia Fernandes was elected, “The Promotional Marketing Professional” of the year by The Colunistas Promo São Paulo Award’s jury. The Group also won six other awards including Gold and Silver.
In Colombia, Silva Publicidad took home Gold and Bronze SABRE awards for their “Ingrid Belancourt Awareness Campaign.
Last but not least LaMarque in the Netherlands won a SAN Accent prize for their Miele “Inspirience” campaign.
