Janome engaged Winsper as their AOR to lead this effort. The re-launch consisted of brand strategy and planning, analytics, and omnichannel deployment to help support Janome’s continually growing audience of consumer brand advocates and their expansive multi-channel dealer network in North America.
The collective effort between Janome’s entire sales and marketing team along with the strong leadership of Winsper made tremendous strides in just 12 months. “The consumer-centric strategy in support of our dealers’ needs has caught the eye of the entire industry,” said Michael McDonagh, President and Chief Executive Officer, Janome America. “We had the best revenue year ever in the history of the company, and I congratulate all involved to make Janome a success.”
