About Us

 Founded in 1994 by two PhD’s in Behavioral Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, MicroMass has established itself as unique player in the marketplace through its promise to create authentic one-to-one communications that use behavioral science to change consumer behavior. By looking at how individuals make decisions, behavioral science provides insight into understanding, predicting, explaining and changing behaviors. It is this same insight that drives the agency’s account planning process and creative strategies, as well as providing clients with sound recommendations for targeting and budgeting.

MicroMass has applied its behavioral science methodology to the design, development and execution of a full continuum of relationship marketing programs, including conquest, conversion and retention/loyalty. All relevant channels (i.e., digital, direct, print, e-mail, etc.) are accessed to create “best in class” solutions that most effectively deliver the desired behavioral change.
