Partner Atomic DNA Publish Manifesto For HR Professionals

Dublin and London based Employer Branding agency and WPI partner, Atomic DNA, have published a manifesto setting out 8 key principles to help guide HR professionals’ decisions so they can revolutionise HR within their organisations.

Having worked with brands such as Salesforce, EY, Bank of Ireland, TTM and Tech/Life Ireland, Atomic DNA are focusing their resources and experience on helping HR professionals turn their employees into advocates and to drive the recruitment and retainment of outstanding talent.

The HR Manifesto, published by Atomic DNA, sets out eight principles to help HR professionals stay ahead of the talent acquisition game:

1. Measure twice, cut once.
2. Engagement is a process, not an outcome.
3. A little self-awareness goes a long way.
4. Make the right thing make sense.
5. The day of the solo artist is over.
6. You can’t see the label from inside the jar.
7. Use stories as tools of influence.
8. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

“Over the past couple of years we’ve done some amazing work with some inspiring clients. But in many ways it feels like we’re just getting started. With every engagement, our realisation of the challenges facing companies has grown. And, we’ve also found that certain issues or problems come up again and again, so we’re here to help our customers to respond to them and succeed in spite of them,” says Stephen Quinn, Managing Director at Atomic DNA.

He goes on to explain why the employer branding agency wrote the manifesto, “It isn’t just any manifesto. The HR Manifesto is packed with principles and insights that work. Some rules to live by, to help HR professionals to make the decisions they need to revolutionise HR within their organisations”.
