Worldwide Partners (WPI) is pleased to announce the newest members of its NextGen Council, a group of emerging leaders from agencies across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America who are helping shape the future of the global independent agency network.
Established in 2022, the NextGen Council brings together rising leaders from across the network to provide fresh perspectives, foster greater collaboration between agencies, and develop initiatives that strengthen the Worldwide Partners community for the next generation.
The Council has already made a significant impact through several network-wide initiatives. It launched WPI's Global Mentorship Program, connecting professionals across agencies and continents to share knowledge, build relationships and support career growth. It also introduced the Global Virtual Town Hall, a biannual gathering that gives employees throughout the network the opportunity to hear from WPI leadership, learn about network initiatives and connect with colleagues around the world. In addition, the Council helped develop Co-Work From Anywhere, WPI's modern take on a global talent exchange program, which gives employees the opportunity to work from partner agencies around the world. Whether for a week, a month or longer, the program has become a meaningful way to foster collaboration, strengthen relationships and give employees a truly global agency experience.
These programs reflect the Council's broader mission: creating meaningful opportunities for engagement, collaboration and professional development while helping ensure the network continues to evolve alongside the needs of its agencies and clients.
"The NextGen Council represents the future of Worldwide Partners," said John Harris, President & CEO of Worldwide Partners. "These are leaders who bring fresh thinking, new perspectives and a collaborative mindset. Their work is helping us build a stronger, more connected network while creating opportunities that benefit agencies and employees around the world."
