Worldwide Partners Hosts REIMAGINE Virtual Global Summit for Independent Agency Partners

We are pleased to announce that Worldwide Partners will be hosting our next virtual Global Summit REIMAGINE April 27-29, 2021 for agency partners within our network! 

The realities and events of the past year continue to present brands around the world with a myriad of unknowns. Can we safely serve customers? What does the world need from us right now? How can we ensure short- and long-term business growth? These unknowns can’t be solved by simply rethinking the things we already know. They require a complete reimagining to fill in the gaps in our understanding with bold new ideas, and leverage the negative space as an opportunity to create and innovate. 

REIMAGINE, hosted by Media Temple, Centro, Billups and Campaign, will bring together Worldwide Partners agencies, guests and speakers to share, challenge and inspire one another as we lean into the opportunity of our new normal. Partner agencies and their clients from more than 40 countries around the globe are expected to attend.

“We had the highest attendance of any Global Summit at our virtual conference last year, and we anticipate this Summit will be even bigger” said John Harris, CEO & President of Worldwide Partners. “The virtual format and innovative platform allows us to bring in renowned speakers and invite more people from our partner agencies and their clients that otherwise might not have been able to travel to an in-person event.”  

Transformational Thought Leader Ozioma Egwuonwu of BurnBright International & founder of World Dream Day is the opening keynote speaker, sharing ways that brands and agencies can develop transformational strategies that reimagine possibilities, activate potential, and ignite action. Considered a key transformational visionary for our times, Egwuonwu has spoken at the United Nations, TEDx, SXSW and appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX and MSNBC.

Sir Martin Sorrell, Founder and Executive Chairman of S4 Capital plc and former Founder and CEO of WPP, is the keynote speaker on the second day of the summit. Sorrell will sit down with Gideon Spanier, UK Editor in Chief of Campaign, to share his thoughts on the advertising industry landscape and how S4 Capital is building a new age, purley digital advertising and marketing services business. 

Other leading industry experts speaking at the Summit include DJ/Investor/Entrepreneur/Influencer “MICK” Batyske, Jay Pattisal of Forrester Research, Niall Cluley, Managing Director of new WPI Partner Agency Dragonfish, Rachel Tipograph, Founder of MikMak, Natalie Graeme, Founder of Uncommon London, Rick Robinson, Chief Strategy Officer of Billups, and Tyler Kelly, President of Centro.

REIMAGINE will also include daily “Think Tanks,” 60 minute sessions that will allow peer-to-peer collaboration within video breakout rooms. Each Think Tank is hosted by a different industry leader and dedicated to relevant topics, including creativity, digital media, new business, diversity and more. 

To further inspire creativity, collaboration and community, WPI has incorporated several new elements into the virtual summit. During breaks between sessions, attendees can enjoy music videos from Playing for Change, an organization that is reimagining a world connected by music through their Songs Around the World and Playing For Change Foundation, an international non-profit organization operating 15 music programs for children in 11 countries. Additionally, attendees can see examples of WPI Partner Agency creative from around the world and drop by The Media Temple Pub, tended by different WPI Agency Leaders, to meet up with old friends and new. 

“Reimagining our industry will require a collective effort with big ideas and bold agencies,” says Harris. “Independent agencies like those in our network are the best suited to bring about this courageous change, and we see REIMAGINE as a way to continue pushing the boundaries together on a global scale.”
